Amsterdam – June 12, 2015 – Constellium N.V. (NYSE and Euronext: CSTM) announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2015 took place yesterday. All voting items were adopted, including the adoption of the annual accounts for 2014.

The following directors were re-appointed as Non-Executive Board Members of the Company: Mr. Guy Maugis, Mr. Matthew Nord, Mr. Werner Paschke, Mr. Michiel Brandjes, Mr. Philippe Guillemot, Mr. Peter Hartman, Mr. John Ormerod and Ms. Lori Walker.
